Klarus 360X3 Initial review. *DO NOT BUY **UPDATED 6/20

6?20 UPDATE

Not long after my 5/23 update (below) Klarus did reach out to me, and put me in contact with the dealer; who ws to send me a new tailcap.
I did take my poor review off of Klarus's page, in all fairness.

The dealer in a message dated May 28, 2019 gave me a Singapore post tracking number.
Upon using the tracking feature it says "Item status not found in system" what this means is the package likely never made it to the post office.
I contacted them a few times and was told "Hi,
  That is the correct website.
You can not track it until the shipment is taken by the singapore post office .please wait for some days.
  Thank you for your patience."
This was nearly a month ago.
I have updated Klarus worldwide with no recourse.

The poor review is back and will stand.

 5/23/19 UPDATE.

Not long ago, the round, rubber tailcap cover ripped off.
I have read and heard where others have had the same issue.
After multiple emails to Klarus, I have tagged this light as a DO NOT BUY.

Reason being is that Klarus simply has chocsen to ignore the customer.

Caveat Emptor.

This feels familiar, looks familiar, and performs like a rocket.
This light impressed me. It kindly reminds me of another brand, a brand known for it's build quality.

Meet the Klarus 360X3, this is the largest in the 360 family of lights.
This beast hits 3200 lumens max, and is what I call a great compromise light. By that, you should look back at a light a reviewed once called the M1 LEO light. Built by Charles Wiggins. That light was the perfect compromise, or balance between flood and throw. This is right there with it.

Today's rage is all about super throwers , which are fun, but in practical use, not so practical. Or uber flooders, which flood the living dayslights out of EVERYTHING around you, except the thing you were looking for, which is 150 meters out, that your uber flooder couldn't see. To me - a tactical light needs balance. It's a must have for me.

This light comes with the following:

Nice box!
Lanyard
Orings
IMR 18650
Holster
Manual

The holster is nice, padded, and seems durable.
There's a cup riveted in on the bottom to keep an accidental discharge from happening on the 360 tailcap.

The light is rechargeable. The side switch is LED backlit to inform you of the current charge state/status.

Here's some of the pertinents from the box!

**If anyone has a runtime graph to add to this, drop me a line. I will add it here to your credit.
I'm VERY curious about that with this light.

So, let's add overview, and beamshots videeos.

Another pic? Sure!

Summary and thoughts.

This light is no joke.
It hits hard, and is impeccably built.

The build quality is top notch.
The beam quality is fantastic.
Even the box it came in was nice, the whole package is really thought out.

As I mentioned in the video, I'm not a fan of all the modes/UI. That's simply my opinion.
However, the capability to operate this light from the side switch,  ring, or tail clickie cannot be ignored. And add the fact that you CAN operate all of these with heavy gloves on adds additional value.

It's a SOLID light and a serious contender in the Tac light arena.
